Essential Job Functions

1. Represent Voices.com when working with potential clients by providing accurate explanations on billing, rates and services offered.

2. Contact sales prospects and other accounts as assigned.

3. Establish rapport and maintain contact with potential clients.

4. Promote the sale of Voices.com services by presenting key features and benefits to clients during online demonstrations of the Voices.com service and by motivating the client to buy and use our service.

5. Create and update client records by entering data into web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate billing and access to data for proper management within the Voices.com system.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to initiate sales calls and/or follow up with sales leads and referrals.

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.

• Dependable, reliable, ambitious and driven.

• Some knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management program considered a definite asset.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
