Laurynda Pasma, Product Manager. Laurynda has been in the customer service industry for over 11 years and a staff member with Voices.com since April 2006. At Voices.com she leads the technology group as our Product Development Manager. With a proficiency in problem solving and web application development, Laurynda is able to efficiently create solutions and implement new technologies by working closely with the technology team. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Erica Stapleton, Social Media Manager. Erica is a recent graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she majored in Film Studies.
